Introducing me


Hi there, I am creating this blog as part of my project for my media A-level, where I will be creating my own music video to a dance song. I am not yet 100% sure which song I want to use, but I'm considering 2U by David Guetta and ft. Justin Bieber.


I am also studying towards A-levels in business studies and sociology. Some of my other interests are dance and reading.
For my Media A-level, I will be taking two exams as well as producing this video and a website for the artist as coursework. I have a keen interest in many aspects of media, especially film and music videos which is why I will enjoy producing my own so much.


I will be documenting on this blog an analysis of various music videos, research, music video planning as well as ideas I may want to remember.

In order to gain a deeper understanding of the song before I attempt to make my own video for it, I decided to analyse the artist, musicality, camera work, editing, lyrics etc. Analysis of 2U – David Guetta ft.
